In the same manor in which you cannot use a hairbrush and then return it, due to the hygienic nature of our hair tools, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in resellable condition. This is exclusively limited to items that are completely unopened, unworn, and untampered with. 

To request a return or exchange, please:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return the item within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Retain proof of postage, we cannot be held liable for lost return parcels.

Please note:

• Any that item that has an unsealed mailer bag does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. If a used item is returned and the customer does not wish to pay for return shipping, the item will be disposed of.
