Ayoosha, a brand that embodies the very essence of its root name Aisha - "she who lives well"
Ayoosha, the common Arabic nickname for the women called Aisha (however you spell it), is more than just a name, it's a celebration of the vibrant, bubbly and outgoing Muslim women who share the name.
If you have an Aisha in your family, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Aisha's are known for their zest for life, their warmth, and their ability to make everyone around them feel special. And that's exactly what I hope to do with this brand, make you feel special. (ps if an Aisha has ever done you wrong, I sincerely apologise on behalf of all us, we're known to be a little crazy)
We take inspiration from the mother of believers in Islam, Aisha (May God be pleased with her), to strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all Muslim sisters. I want to be there for you, to provide for you, and to give you a brand that you can trust.

Why Ayoosha?
This brand was born from a simple but overlooked problem: heatless curlers were going viral, but none were designed for hijabis. So, I decided if no one else was going to solve this, I would.
What started as an idea has grown into a patent-pending innovation that has taken me across the world, from Turkey to Morocco to Qatar. Along the way, Ayoosha has won multiple awards and, more importantly, has helped women embrace their beauty without compromise.
The Problem We’re Solving
Women wear the hijab as an act of modesty, covering their beauty in public. But when they remove it in the privacy of their homes, they deserve to enjoy their hair too without it looking flat, frizzy, or lifeless, like it’s been stuck under a helmet all day. In an era where we can send rockets to space, why should hijabis still struggle with hijab hair?
At Ayoosha, we’re here to change that. Our goal is simple: banish flat, lifeless hijab hair so that every woman feels like the queen she is the moment she takes off her hijab at home.

Sizing
The Hijab Hair Pro is designed to create a smooth, symmetrical bun shape under your hijab. Thenude colouris amedium sizewith a ring thickness of3.3 cm, while theblack colouris asmall sizeat2 cmthick. For reference volumising hijab scrunchies can be up to 7–8 cm thick, but our aim is to achieve a balanced, elegant silhouette without going huge.
Changes to order
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can not facilitate changes.
Return/ exchange policy
In the same manor in which you cannot use a hairbrush and then return it, due to the hygienic nature of our hair tools, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in resellable condition. This is exclusively limited to items that are completely unopened, unworn, and untampered with.
To request a return or exchange, please:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return the item within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Retain proof of postage, we cannot be held liable for lost return parcels.
Please note:
- Any that item that has an unsealed mailer bag does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. If a used item is returned and the customer does not wish to pay for return shipping, the item will be disposed of.
- This policy is to maintain fairness and hygeine in our process.
International import fees
Custom charges on your order once it arrives at your destination country are out of our control. The delivery charge you pay via our website is the cost of the shipment service made by the courier. You may or may not be subject to Import Duty Tax upon arrival at your destination country. Each country will have different procedures for import tax duty payments.

To get the best styling results from the heatless roller on curly hair, we recommend blow-drying the hair first.
We understand that some customers may be hesitant to blow-dry their hair, but using our product after blow-drying can prolong the style for up to a week without any kinks and a lot research suggests depending on your hair type, blowdrying (on a cool / warm, not hot setting) when your hair is 50% dry is more healthy for your hair than airdrying.
However if you don’t want to blowdry your hair, you can still try out the Hijab Hair Pro but results are not guaranteed.
Insh’Allah we hope to release something for curly hair and shorter hair as part of the long term plan for the brand.
Wet/ damp or dry hair
The roots of your hair should always be dry when using the product and wearing the hijab. We recommend that the ends of your hair be 90-95% dry for the best results. On non-wash days, we recommend using a leave-in conditioner mist for optimum moisture.
Extra long hair
If you run out of space imply push the hair you've already wrapped further up the ring to pack it more tightly, creating additional space to continue wrapping the remaining length.
Shorter hair
The minimum length of hair we recommend is armpit length.
Extra thick hair
For extra thick hair, we recommend trying the product without the provided pins and moving quickly to ensure it's secure. If this doesn’t you can try the extra step of adding the provided hairslides.
Hair loss or thin / fine hair
This is suitable for thin/ fine hair! both sizes work well with thinner / fine hair, but if I had to suggest one it would be the black size S. a lot of customers have hair loss and then find it offers a lot of relief!
Hair prep tips
We recommend blow-drying your hair after washing and using a leave-in conditioner spray of your choice before using the product.
Undercaps
Nope! The Hijab Hair Pro features a non-slip velvet headband and the front that gives your hijab somewhere to sit without needing an undercap. The ring and satin bonnet keep your hair in place all at the back day long. So the majority of your scalp will be able to breathe better.
We are working on a undercap attachment for our chiffon girlies.
Expected results
The results vary depending on your hair density, texture, and hydration. Some customers get bouncy curls, some have soft waves, and some hair maintains the blow-dry style. We recommend experimenting with different intentional ways of wrapping to help achieve your desired curl/wave pattern.
Results enhacement tips
Method
- Take out the product
- Flip head forward and upside down and massage scalp with your fingers
- Flip your head back to upright
- Use a widetooth comb and detangle
- Use a styling oil to define the heatless style you get
Flat hair tips
After removing the Hijab Hair Pro, flip your head upside down and shake it out to fluff up some natural volume. For extra special occasions to perfect a polished and voluminous look, we recommend backcombing the hair in sections.
Non-hijabis
After removing the Hijab Hair Pro, flip your head upside down and shake it out to fluff up some natural volume. For extra special occasions to perfect a polished and voluminous look, we recommend backcombing the hair in sections.
Washing
To wash the Hijab Hair Pro, fill the sink with lukewarm water mixed with washing detergent and leave it to sit in the water for at least 15 minutes. Run the curler under clear water and squeeze gently until the water runs clear. It's best to allow the curler to air dry. We recommend doing this once a week on the same day you wash your hair to prevent old hair oil residues from touching your clean freshly washed hair.
